I always struggle with eating breakfast. But now that strawberries are back in season, smoothies are back on my breakfast menu. It’s a fast way to get a lot of nutrition in to keep me going. That’s why I was so excited when I received the Core Power Get Fit Kit in the mail this week. As soon as I opened the package I was wondering what yummy smoothie concoctions I could come up with. But first, let me tell you a little bit about Core Power.

With strawberry season if full swing, I had to add our berries in this deliciously dreamy protein smoothie.
- 1 bottle cold Vanilla Core Power high protein shake
- 1/2 cup Pomegranate Juice
- handful of spinach
- handful of strawberries
- handful of blueberries
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 2 to 3 ice cubes
- Pour all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
